 St Thomas, Ontario Canada We headed out to St. Thomas about 4:30pm and we arrived at 6pm where we met our hosts. Mike was very interested in our work and directed us to the Alma School for Girls. 
To see the full size image, click on the picture above. Mike was right the school looks impressive, yet very menacing in some strange way. Mike told us of the rumored hauntings of the school. Apparently a girl was killed in the north side tower on the third floor. Most of the ghostly occurances happen in this section of the school. Mike had been inside the school before it closed when he attended a dance. He described the school as being like a palace inside, with long plush red drapes and ornate chandeliers. The school eventually closed down in 1984 and was then used as an administration building until 1989. Since that time the school has been the topic of a heated battle, with the heritage dept of St. Thomas trying desperately to save this historic building from its crumbling demise. The school sits vacant while the battle goes rages on.

When we returned, the school looked like something out of a horror film with its high steeples raised into the night sky. It presented a rather imposing image sure to scare the timid souls who might venture near after dark. As we approached the building from the rear we caught some activity. 
To see the full size image, click on the picture above. There was a small church on the grounds for the girls right beside the school. It was in disrepair and the weeds were taking over due to lack of attention. In this photo we caught an orb on the tower. 
To see the full size image, click on the picture above. As we stood at the back of the school it looked so menacing and spooky, like some haunted castle that had been neglected for too long. Again it seems we were not alone as we had an orb watching to see what we were up to. 
To see the full size image, click on the picture above. We approached the middle of this massive building and took a shot towards the north side of the school. You can see once again we had an audience in attendance.

It turned out to be some local teenage boys looking for a place to party. We didn't want to intrude on their party, so we decided to leave. It seems our spirit friends had the same idea.

It is just to show everyone what this school was made of. Either way you look at it I hope this school will be here for a long time to come so everyone can enjoy this majestic old building.
