Just a couple of moments later I took this one. It shows nothing but Cathy, Mike, Lindsay and the boys standing on the old air strip. There was no wind at all at this time.

Just before this picture was taken my son Daniel and I were way ahead of the group on the road, trying to get a feel of the area. We came to another curve in the triangle and then a thought came to me..... I said to Daniel "let's hide in the corn stalks and wait for the group to catch up and we can jump out and scare them." We waited and waited and waited but the group went looking for us on another path. I went back out to the road and snapped a picture and Cathy saw the flash. Dan and I headed back into the corn field and hid. Cathy came along and we jumped out yelling boggie woogie woogie and scared the bejeebers out of her and Matt.
Cathy was not impressed to say the least, so the moral of the story is don't scare folks while on a ghost investigation I guess.

Once the initial excitement calmed down, the group said they had found a very narrow trail in the trees, so we all headed on in. This place was really spooky to walk through, with darkness all around and nothing but pine trees on either side of you.

After taking numerous pictures along the trail that showed nothing I turned around and took this picture of Cathy and Lindsay bringing up the rear and caught them off guard with the flash. Cathy by this time was ready to hit me.

Nothing out of the ordinary in this picture, outside of the fact that the bug seems to be flashing us when we took this picture. We thought this would be good for a chuckle.

There was no activity on two upper roads of the triangle, but when we got to the bottom stretch of the triangle we all stopped in our tracks for a strong presence made itself known by sending a cold chill, like when someone opens a freezer. I asked Mike where he had thought this sudden chill came from and he pointed to this bush. So I took a picture and we caught some ecto mist coming from the area of the bush.

I took some other photos of this bush and all the others showed nothing at all. We headed back to the car totally worn out. We had just walked 6km and we felt like we walked 5 miles. All in all this place has something to it. I would imagine it is a great place to visit during the day as well for it offers a lot of wildlife in the area.
