 Ancaster, Ontario Canada  A picture of a well that is located behind the house. This well when you are near it gives one a chill for no reason. Nothing of a paranormal nature in the photo, but we did want to show that a well is on the property, and when you are near the well at night one senses something watching you. The Griffin House is a great place to visit and we plan on returning to further our research of the property. Conditions Clear Night # In Group 3 Pics Taken 24 Pics Used 2 On Sept 6/2003 we just did an investigation over on Gravel Pit Road which isn't too far from the Griffin homestead. Chad was with us but he had only a few pictures left on his camera. When we had arrived we headed for the house. I took some pictures around the area and only came up with a few orb shots. Chad had found a lookout point at the back of the property so I went down to where this lookout point was.  Cathy had got our attention and called us over to where the well was. In the above photo Cathy had a large red orb near the well. I never gave this much thought at the time but me and Chad headed for another trail we had found leading away from the house. So we went to investigate where this trail lead. The trail leads through a forest and comes to a cross road. I was geared up to go down the narrow road, but Chad wanted to head back, so it was at this point both Chad and I heard this high pitched growl or scream. It sounded to me as though it was a large jungle cat that let out a roar. It was very late in the evening when we heard this and when I remember the above photo, was that sound made by the spirit that Cathy had caught on camera?  Just before leaving I took this picture of the front of the house and caught some orbs near the home. Were these the spirits of the past descendants of the Griffin Family? Maybe, but we will never know for sure. We will return to this place in the future for we believe that there is more to this place than what we got so far. We were over at the gravel Pit Road and just finished our investigation there and went over to the Griffin House on Mineral Springs Road in Ancaster.This was a group shot of some of the folks that were with us this night. Alicia wanted to try her hand at taking a few photos around the old homestead with my camera.... Alicia and her mom Cindy really need to get their own camera.....*L*  Alicia had gone around to the back of the old home and took this picture. There was something right beside her when this picture was taken.  Alicia went around to the back of the house and took this photo of some faint ecto mist covering the house.
